Benefits of Matcha
☽ It's high in antioxidants
☽ Boosts brain function
☽ May help in prevention of cancer. Test tube and animal studies have found that the compounds in matcha may inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
☽ Promotes heart health
☽ Supports your metabolism
☽ Immunity booster
Ingredients
1 Banana
1/2 cup oats
1 cup plant-based milk (I use soy)
1 heaped tsp matcha
My toppings:
I topped my pancakes with frozen blueberries I had heated up in the microwave. This also creates a nice little sauce for your pancakes. I also added peanut butter between the pancakes and on top. I added a little water the to the peanut butter to make it drizzle on top nicely. Lastly I added hemp seeds. The beauty about pancakes though, Is you can top these however you want!
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in your blender. Blend until smooth.
Heat up your pan. I use a non-stick pan so I don't need to add anything to it for the mixture not to stick, but if your pan is sticky I would recommend adding a little dairy-free butter to the pan.

3. Pour your mixture into the pan at your desired size. When you see bubbles all over the pancake, flip it.
4. Place your pancakes onto your plate and add whatever toppings you would like!
