In this time, with a global pandemic going round, our bodies need a little extra immune support to help us through the day. Give us a little pick me up and help us to keep feeling our best, despite what's going on. Right now it's really important to look after our health and keep a positive mindset!

Ingredients
1 frozen banana
1/2 of a frozen chopped up orange
1/2 cup frozen melon
A large handful of spinach
1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
1/2 Tbsp flax seeds
To be a little extra, you can add some hemp and pumpkin seeds to top it off as I did!
Instructions
Add all your ingredients to a blender with some water and blend until smooth.
Top your smoothie with some seeds!
